It may also be taken for heart attack prevention and reduction of it repetition. Aspirin may be prescribed to you for treatment of other conditions determined by your doctor.

Do not take Aspirin during the third trimester of your pregnancy. It should be not given to a child who has fever and symptoms of flu or chickenpox. Don’t take Aspirin if you have allergy to it or to any of its components. Avoid the drug in case of such diseases as hemophilia or low blood platelets. Use the medicine the way it was directed by your healthcare provider. It is important to take the pill whole, do not crush or chew the tablet before swallowing it.
